1. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Keep your password private; you're responsible for activity on your account.

Give accurate information when you sign up. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put other people at risk.

2. Your twin and your photos

You own the photos you upload and the body details you enter. You give us a limited licence to store and process them only to provide the service — rendering try-ons from your selfie and showing your saved looks.

Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have clearly agreed. Don't upload images of anyone under 16 without their parent or guardian's consent.

3. Twin circle members

You can add a small circle of people (a partner, family, close friends) with their own selfies and body details. Before adding someone's photo or measurements you must have their permission, and you must remove them if they ask.

Circle members may be able to see looks and wardrobe items you choose to share with them.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the service to create sexual, harassing, deceptive or defamatory images of anyone, to impersonate a real person, or to undress or alter a person's body without consent.

Don't scrape the service, reverse-engineer the models, or try to get around usage limits or plan restrictions.

5. AI-generated looks

Try-ons, combinations and styling suggestions are generated by AI. They're a visual guide, not a promise of how a garment will fit, drape or look in real life. See the Disclaimer for more.

You may share looks you create for personal, non-commercial use. Brand imagery remains the property of the brand.

6. Brands, links and purchases

Brand posts, stories and product links point to third-party stores. We don't sell clothes and aren't a party to any purchase you make there; the brand's own terms, prices, sizing and return policies apply.

Some links may earn us a commission. That never changes the price you pay.

7. Plans and payments

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Lifetime plans cover the Pro features for as long as the service operates.

8. Messaging and content you post

You're responsible for messages, comments and looks you share. We may remove content that breaks these terms or the law.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Contact us → Privacy & data. We delete your selfie, photos, wardrobe and looks within 30 days, except where we must keep records by law.

10. Liability

Threadflank is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, or for purchases, fit, returns or delivery handled by third-party stores. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we'll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
